Shipping Policy

 A Shipping Policy is where you let your customers know important details about how you ship your goods if your business sells goods that get shipped to your customers. Coastal Bay Alliance, LLC is an online flooring business. After our customers have purchased flooring products, we order the flooring products from one of our flooring manufacturers. The flooring manufacturer will pack, load, and ship all purchased flooring products to our customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

 In retail, a product return is the process of a customer taking previously purchased merchandise back to the retailer, and in turn receiving a refund in the original form of payment, exchange for another item, or a store credit. Coastal Bay Alliance, LLC and (or) its' manufacturers will replace any damaged purchased flooring products. Any damaged purchased flooring products that has been shipped to the customer (at the point of delivery of the delivery/freight truck) will be replaced at no cost to our customers. Coastal Bay Alliance, LLC offers no refunds.
